She also organizes and delegates the daily upkeep and tasks needed for maintaining the property owned by Saddlehorn HOA and addresses homeowners' concerns by phone or email. Trisha began volunteering with the Board on HOA projects where assistance or planning was needed and joined the Board in 2018.
Trisha attended Black Hills State University and earned bachelor's degrees in Sociology and Psychology. After graduating from college, she has worked for either state or governmental agencies.
Trisha has raised Rhodesian Ridgebacks for over 13 years and currently has two.
Sue moved to Saddlehorn in 2016 and is Secretary and Treasurer for the HOA. Sue moved to Saddlehorn in 2016 and is Secretary and Treasurer for the HOA. In this role, she facilitates the HOA office, performs all administrative duties required for the Association, and keeps everyone updated on Association happenings. Sue is a founding member of the Board. She joined the Board to help with administrative duties, maintain home values, and retain reasonable annual dues.
She received her Paralegal Certification from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she lived for 30 years. Sue worked in radio while living in Nebraska and Salt Lake City, overseeing programming for 82 radio stations. She left radio for health reasons and spent a year traveling all over the United States until settling in the Hill Country, where she had a horse ranch in Fredericksburg before moving to Boerne.
Sue is now a retired Paralegal doing SEC law, mergers, and acquisitions… and still loves horses.
Russ is a mainstay of the community and can be seen walking throughout the City on a regular basis. His input has been extremely important to HOA decisions as his wisdom gives the HOA Board guidance on a regular basis.

Kelley attended Texas A&M University. She is a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and a stay-at-home mom.
She and her family enjoy hiking, playing in the cul-de-sac with neighbors, and going swimming at the pool. The Shannon family loves their neighborhood and the friends they’ve made here. They feel very blessed to live in such a special community.

Theresa expressed interest in neighborhood involvement because she wants to help maintain property values for the residents of Saddlehorn.

Theresa managed a radiology imaging center for 30 years and is currently opening a medical billing company. She attended South Plains College.
Theresa and her husband have three grown children and four grandchildren. She enjoys traveling, especially to the beach, and experiencing new things.
Charissa moved to Saddlehorn in 2014 and has lived in Boerne since 2011. She joined the Board in 2018 and stepped down from the Board in 2021 to assume the ACC and communication chairs to accommodate new HOA legislation. Charissa received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management and a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication from Texas Tech University. She spent 12 years in property management and the past 13 years in marketing. Currently she serves as a marketing officer for a local regional bank.
In her spare time, she volunteers at the Hill Country Pregnancy Care Center on the Annual Fundraising Gala Committee with the creative design of collateral and presentations. She and her husband have three children, two in college and two very spoiled black labs. She enjoys traveling, playing golf, and visiting wineries and craft breweries.
Darrell serves as legal counsel for the HOA. He earned his Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law in 1968 after receiving his bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University. Darrel served honorably in the U.S. Navy as a judge advocate and a U.S. Magistrate for the Western District of Texas, Midland Division.
